Pre-orders (until August 31)

Our pre-order period lasts until August 31st at the latest. Once this period has ended, we will begin processing orders immediately. Your order will be shipped in week 39, starting from September 23rd. As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the shipping confirmation and any tracking details.

After pre-order period
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our team carefully prepares your items, aiming to ship them within one week (7 days) at the latest. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For orders within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after shipment. For international orders, it may take longer, depending on local postal services and customs.

Delays
While we strive to adhere to the stated shipping dates, unforeseen delays may occur, such as issues with the carrier. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Address Changes
Please carefully check the shipping address provided. Any changes must be submitted before August 31st. After this date, changes can no longer be processed.

Taxes and Customs
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply, depending on the regulations in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
